Combined office-warehouse facilities require careful coordination between the office’s finished interior standards and the warehouse’s functional and structural requirements. A & S has delivered multiple office-warehouse combinations across the Texas Panhandle and manages the design and construction of both components as a single integrated project.

Does A & S have experience with energy sector and industrial facility construction?

Yes. A & S has delivered facilities for Atmos Energy in both Amarillo and Midland, and for Xcel Energy at the Tolk Station generating facility and a transformer shop location — both repeat clients. If you’re starting with a concept, a site, and a use case, A & S can manage the full design process through our design-build delivery method — bringing in architects or engineers, developing the design, handling permitting, and building the facility under one contract.
