Design-Build
If you have a concept for your retail space or warehouse but not a finished set of plans, A & S can manage the design process through our design-build delivery method — bringing in architects or engineers, developing the design, managing permitting, and building the project under one contract. Design-build is well-suited for retail clients who want to move quickly and don’t want to manage a separate relationship with an architect and a contractor.
Hard Bid from Completed Plans
If your architect has already produced construction documents, A & S will provide a fully itemized competitive proposal and build from your plans. We work from plans provided by any licensed architect or engineer and coordinate with your design team throughout construction.
